것ざっくり
성수족발 (seong·su·jok·bal) opened in 1983 and passed from mother to son, according to the Seoul city Oraegage programme, which added it to its list of old shops in 2026. The city's page describes trotters simmered in iron cauldrons from six in the morning, domestic fresh pork only, everything cooked and sold the same day, and a queue that builds before dinner as the trotters are sliced warm at the open kitchen by the entrance. The second-generation owner trained under his mother for a year after studying law.

The Korea Tourism Organization lists the address as 아차산로7길 7, with braised pig's feet as the only main dish and takeaway available; its Korean page says the menu is jokbal alone and, because the room is small, recommends taking it away. Hours differ between the two: the city page says 12:00 to 21:40 with a break from 15:00 to 17:00, Visit Korea says 12:00 to 22:00.
