것ざっくり
남대문시장 칼국수골목 (kal·guk·su·gol·mok) is at 남대문시장4길 42-1, 36 metres from 회현역 exit 5 by Visit Seoul's measure. The market's own site describes the set-up: through the exit 5 arch, turn left, and you are at a line of counters where people eat side by side. Order one dish and small portions of the others arrive with it. The site lists 칼국수, 수제비, 잔치국수, 열무냉면, 찰밥 and 보리비빔밥, names 남해식당, 형제분식 and 한순자 손칼국수 among the stalls, and gives the hours as 06:00 to 21:00.

The bowl itself, in Visit Seoul's description, is a generous pile of thick noodles with broth poured over, topped with fried tofu skin, crumbled seaweed and sesame, plus each stall's own seasoning sauce.
