것The deal

씨앗호떡 (ssi·at·ho·tteok) is the Busan hotteok. Where Seoul's is pressed on a griddle, this one is fried in oil until golden (Visit Korea's hotteok page), then cut half open and filled with a scoop of nuts and seeds, so it crunches as well as runs (Visit Busan). The 씨앗 (ssi·at) are the seeds.

More about it

The original is the stall with the line at BIFF광장 in 남포동 (nam·po·dong), which television made famous. Visit Busan says copies have spread to other cities and that the original is the one on the square. In its 2020 survey of 140 foreign visitors it was the second favourite Busan food, after 돼지국밥.
