올리브영 뷰티 맨션 성수 (byu·ti maen·syeon) is at 성수이로 108, basement to fourth floor, and the store page says it stands right in front of exit 2, open 10:00 to 22:00. A trade report from 29 June 2026 said the store would open the next day, with about 500 pyeong of floor space over four storeys, and that it would bring the number of Olive Young stores around Seongsu to six.
Olive Young's own editorial from 30 October 2026 walks the floors: make-up on the second with an AI personal colour reading and a touch-up by a make-up artist, skincare on the third with skin and scalp diagnosis and a 3D skin scan, and an Inspiring Lounge on the fourth with designer furniture, books and LPs. The name is a joke the building keeps, with a mailbox at the entrance. The store page lists tax refund, instant refund, pick-up and returns at the till.
Seongsu station exit 2 and you are there. Ask on the second floor for 퍼스널 컬러 (peo·seo·neol keol·leo) if you want the reading; the editorial says you leave with a face chart and product picks.
