롬앤 핑크오피스 (rom·aen ping·keu·o·pi·seu) is the make-up brand rom&nd's first flagship, opened on 1 May 2025 at 연무장길 88, according to a trade report from April that year. The report describes the format: all 350-odd products laid out for swatching, shopping by QR code with the order wrapped and sent down a conveyor for pick-up, a prize machine for merchandise and key rings, and a members' room for custom lip tinting and a personal colour reading.
From 12 October to 10 November 2026 the store is the brand's tenth-birthday party, Dear Bestie Party, open 11:00 to 21:00 daily. News1 and the trade press reported about 1,800 guests at the pre-open on 10 and 11 October, with 원희 of ILLIT on the first day, and the limited products shown there: a 더 쥬시 래스팅 틴트 set in the three shades 2,500 voters in Korea, China and Japan chose, and a palette rebuilt from twenty shades customers had used to the pan. Money Today said the limited items went on sale at Olive Young on 1 November.
Seongsu station on line 2, then 연무장길 to number 88. During the pop-up, 11:00 to 21:00, no booking is needed for the general run. Regular opening hours outside the event were not published on a page we could open; check the brand's Instagram, romand_pinkoffice.
