신세계백화점 본점 (sin·se·gye·baek·hwa·jeom bon·jeom) is at 소공로 63, the southern end of Myeongdong by 회현역. The store's own page lists regular hours of 10:30 to 20:00, extended days to 20:30, and the restaurant floors 11:00 to 21:30 with last orders half an hour before close. The November 2026 calendar shows one closing day, the 30th.

The floor guide runs from a food market and cosmetics in the basement, luxury boutiques and cosmetics on the first floor, up through designer and contemporary fashion to the 신세계면세점 duty-free shop on floors 8 to 11, its customer centre on 12, and restaurants on 13 and 14. Each November the outer wall becomes a screen: Shinsegae's 2026 Christmas film on the 신세계스퀘어 facade starts on 6 November (News1, 30 October 2026).
