것ざっくり
1898 명동성당 (il·pal·gu·pal myeong·dong·seong·dang) is the complex beneath the cathedral plaza. Visit Seoul describes it as a space anyone can walk into, with tea and light food, flowers and gifts, books, music and art, and says some of the shops do tax refunds for foreign visitors. 서울사랑 (June 2023) lists a café, a restaurant, a bookshop and a gallery inside.
