오레노라멘 (o·re·no·ra·men) makes 토리파이탄, a thick, milky chicken broth, at its original shop on Dokmak-ro 8-gil in Hapjeong. The Michelin Guide lists it as a Bib Gourmand in its 2026 South Korea selection and puts it in the lowest price band; the inspectors describe a broth blended just before serving so it comes out frothy, house-made noodles, tender chicken, kelp and an egg, with a spicy version of the same bowl.
More about it
The menu on Naver is short: 토리빠이탄 라멘 and the spicy 카라빠이탄 라멘 at 13,000 won each, two meatballs for 5,000 won, a slice of pork belly chashu for 2,000 won, an extra egg for 1,000 won, Sapporo draught for 6,000 won. Refills of noodles, rice and broth are free, and the Michelin page adds that the queue moves quickly because turnover is fast.
The company behind it, 주식회사오레노라멘, lists the shop as 합정동 362-3 on its own site. Hours on Naver and on the Michelin page agree: 11:00 to 22:00 every day.
