것The deal
코오롱스포츠 서울 (ko·o·rong·seu·po·cheu seo·ul) opened on 9 January 2026 at 명동길 42, on floors 1 and 2 (Kolon FnC press release, 9 January 2026; JoongAng Ilbo, 23 January 2026). The ground floor carries the 히어로 line for mountaineering, ice and rock climbing, the 백패킹 line, accessories and 32 Seoul-exclusive pieces across clothing, bags and caps sold only here. Upstairs are shoes and the 에브리데이, 웨더몬스터 fishing and 트레일 러닝 lines, plus pieces made with the designer 지용킴.
More about it
JoongAng describes the front as thin stone stacked like roof tiles over concrete, a log at the door and a stone-cairn object inside. The store replaces the 한남동 flagship that closed in 2025.
