The store page lists hours of 11:00 to 22:00 every day, with the warning that weekends and holidays can run longer or shorter. Women's wear, a fitting room and the till are on the first floor; men's wear and another fitting room are on the second.
Fashionbiz reported the opening for 27 October 2023, the brand's fourth standalone store, 805 square metres (244 pyeong) over two floors about 470 metres from Seongsu station exit 3. The store page says tax refund is available and lists Visa, Mastercard, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Kakao Pay, Toss, PAYCO, Zero Pay, AliPay, WeChat Pay and cash. Musinsa's store list also shows a 무신사 스탠다드 서울숲점 opening on 27 November 2026 at 왕십리로 121.
Seongsu station exit 3, then down 연무장길 for about 470 metres. Buy in store and the receipt handles returns; the page says in-store purchases cannot be returned online.
