LCDC SEOUL is at 연무장17길 10, on the site of a car repair shop and a shoe factory, according to Visit Seoul; two of the old buildings were kept and a third added. The floors, from the complex's own access page: CAFE EPHEMERA on the first floor, 10:00 to 20:00; SHOP LCDC on the second, 11:00 to 20:00; DOORS on the third, 12:00 to 19:00, closed Mondays and varying by tenant; and JADE & WATER on the fourth, 11:00 to 21:00 with a break from 15:30 to 17:30.
Visit Seoul describes the second and third floors as fashion select shops and the fourth as a bar and brunch room for the late afternoon. In the first half of November 2026 the local pop-up list had a fashion pop-up by the actor 이동휘's label on the premises, 6 to 15 November.
The access page's route: Seongsu station exit 3, straight for about 400 metres, then right into the alley by 세원정밀 for 100 metres. From Konkuk University station exit 6 it is about 640 metres. The main line is 02-3433-6675.
