것What it is

A room you rent by the hour to sing in, and its smaller cousin the 코인노래방, a booth that takes coins or cards per song. Most of the machines come from one company. TJ Media says more than 95 percent of coin singing rooms use its players, and a 2026 report put its revenue at 4.7 times its rival Kumyoung's.

하는 법How to do it

You pay at the desk for an hour and take the room number. On the remote, the language button finds English, Japanese and Chinese songs. Type the number, press start. When the screen warns you that time is running out, go back to the desk and add more.
