것The deal
제비다방 (je·bi·da·bang) opened on 17 April 2012 at 와우산로 24 and took its name from 제비다방, the tearoom where the poet Yi Sang, who wrote 날개, drank coffee with other artists. Seoul Mediahub visited in July 2025: the ground floor has a table with an opening cut into the floor so you can look down at the show, the basement is a small live room with books on the walls, and there is a terrace outside. The chalkboard by the door lists who is playing and when.

After dark the sign changes to 취한제비, the drunk swallow, and the room turns into a pub with wine and a stage. Hours are 11:30 to 02:00 every day. On Naver the menu runs from an americano, latte or cappuccino at 5,000 won to a 580 ml Guinness at 15,000 won, San Miguel at 8,000, and grilled rice cake (가래떡) at 9,000; there is an English menu among the photos.
Seoul picked it as Mapo-gu's entry in the city's Seoul Edition 25 list.

Sangsu station exit 3, two minutes. Come in the afternoon for coffee, or in the evening for the show; check the board outside for the night's act. Mapo-gu's Hapjeong book tour uses it as a stop.
