Dr.G (닥터지, dak·teo·ji) opens its global site with the words 'From Seoul clinics. For beautiful skin.' and says it was founded by Dr Gun-Young Ahn, made for clinic patients and then for everyone. On 4 November 2026 the site called the brand Korea's number one skincare brand, number one facial cream brand and number one UV sunscreen brand, each with a footnote to a Worldpanel by Numerator purchase study running to March 2026, and counted ten million peeling gels sold in Korea. Those are the brand's figures with the brand's footnotes.
